A Retailer
To become an Sutherland Authorized Retailer please fill
out our online
registration form. Paper applications can be downloaded
here and faxed to 610.252.7190. Requests are processed
within 2 business days. Once your application is processed
you will receive an email with your username and password.

Billing
All retailers must keep a current credit card on file.
Sutherland will use this credit card unless instructed
to use a different credit card. It is the retailers' responsibility
to ensure credit card on file is current and valid.

Store Locator
We will make every effort possible to keep our store locator
up to date. In the event your store or website is not
listed on our store locator page, please contact
us.

Order Tracking
Online order tracking is available for orders placed through
the website, phone, email or fax. Orders are available
for review 24 hours after they are placed. You will receive
a tracking number from the confirmation e-mail when your
order is shipped. If you have problems locating an order,
please contact
us.
